Doe don klin o fambul den we don cam back! Drum rolls....MANCHESTER UNITED FINALLY OUT OF 6 FLAGS!!!! In truth they have been knocking at the door but what you would not have envisaged is that it was Arsenal they would overtake. It was not only that move they would celebrate but also the first team in the EPL to achieve a 600th premiership victory.

Doe don klin o fambul den we don cam back! Last week I made a big gaff in posting my blog on a global Facebook and not on this forum. My sincere apologies! With only 4 Premier League matches played this weekend only Liverpool were involved from the top 6 pack. Arsenal and Spurs had FA Cup outings with some minnows and both won handsomely. Chelsea and Manchester United battle for supremacy in tonight’s FA clash at The Bridge.

Doe don klin o fambul den we don cam back! The Big Man upstairs is no respecter of persons and similarly the EPL is no respecter of the so-called big teams. The pre-media hype of matches this season so far has failed to deliver, but redemption was at its best when Merseyside took on Manchester for a dual North-West derby. The focus undoubtedly was the red devils against the reds more than the blue Toffees against the sky blues. Growing up as a kid back in SL, one favourite chant we would render before kick-off, either at mini-leagues or school league football was “nor to name dae play”.

Doe done klin o fambul den we don cam back! Firstly, thanks for all your concerns regarding the publication. I managed to get internet access through Tigo Rwanda since I live in the border town between RDC and Rwanda. Secondly, so POD did not publish again after Arsenal lost??? Well maybe Brexit shut down their HQ and took all their computers away. Someone better check on the editor maybe he requires a bail of £1.

Doe done klin o fambul den we don cam back! Just when I thought this was going to be another weekend where all the big guns bagged 3 points, then our dear cousins showed up. Just when I thought Spurs were the only team that choked, Mourinho showed he can take a free kick even with bottles.

Doe don klin o fambul dem we don cam back. Funny weekend to report about when all the parties concerned didn’t lose a match. However, for some a draw feels like a defeat whilst for others and depending on your viewpoint, they will gladly make do with a point. After the long and boring International break, the much publicized fixture at Old Trafford was the toast of the weekend.

Doe done klin o fambul den we don cam back! The good book says, “Give unto to Caesar what belongs to Caesar...” Liverpool and Chelsea are at the summit and they are not there by lucky or accidental circumstances but by merit.

Doe done klin o fambul den we don cam back! Congratulations to Washington Salone and Freetown United USA for winning the 2016 Arlington Soccer League Championship.....no more comments. I got slammed last week by mostly fans of our fav cousins because they didn’t want to hear the perceived truth. But in truth, there is no denying that things are not rosy – the team, well I don’t want to use the word struggling because if you hit 37 shots and don’t score, that’s not struggling. But then again I can’t use the antonym either, because no wins in 4 PL games cannot be disguised at a Halloween party.

Doe done klin o fambul den we don cam back! This was embarrassing, really embarrassing even for the die hards. Kanda wam kanda kol nor go evin easy. But it ain’t over yet you know, because City (who kept their players in lockdown for 50 minutes after the stalemate against Southampton) beckons in midweek. I have no sympathy for Jose (not because of my Liverpool bias) but because of his continued arrogance.
